Victor, a renowned figure in competitive sports with over 35 years of experience, brings his expertise in running, cycling, triathlons, and Ironman competitions. His coaching philosophy focuses on discipline and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

Richard, the owner of Summer Hill Gym, complements Victor’s vision with his dedication to strength training and endurance. He leads specialized classes in Strength Endurance Training, Strength Enduro Boxing, and Strength, inspiring everyone he trains with his commitment and expertise.

Together, Victor and Richard have built a premier training facility that empowers individuals to achieve their personal best and fosters a supportive, inclusive community.

With a diverse background in running, cycling, triathlon, Ironman, and soccer development, Coach Victor has left an indelible mark on the athletic community as both a formidable competitor and an exceptional coach.
Born and raised in the inner west of Sydney with a passion for sports from a young age, Victor Paciocco showed early passion and promise as an athlete. He began his journey with the local club soccer team quickly making a name for himself on the local and regional circuit, moving up to Youth Premier League and State level Futsal. His dedication to the sport led him to many club Victories and Zone titles.
However, Coach Victors’ hunger for excellence extended beyond soccer alone. He expanded his horizons by venturing into the world of cycling. His transition was seamless, and he soon became a dominant force on the cycling circuit, participating in many local and regional and National races .
The triathlon world was the next challenge and he was quick to answer the call. His commitment to rigorous training and unwavering determination saw him excel in triathlons of varying distances, including the grueling Ironman competitions. With over 35 years in the sport of Triathlon, Cycling and Running events , and with over 1000 races under his belt, including over 40 Half to Full Ironman distance triathlons, and numerous running events from 5km, to Marathon and Ultra racers, Victor has experienced all the pleasures, setbacks and pain associated with distance racing events.

Throughout his life, Coach Victor has not only achieved personal greatness but has also shared his wisdom and passion with countless individuals. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His guidance has empowered athletes to push their limits and achieve their full potential in their respective sports.
